Scøpe

Scøpe is a Korean techno producer, DJ, and co-founder of the label SCOPÁVIK. In 2015, he began his DJ career at club vurt. in Seoul, where he currently hosts a regular event called SCOPÁVIK Night.

Since the release of his debut EP in 2014, he has continued to put out music through various domestic and international labels, steadily crafting his own unique sonic identity with each release. His work is known for its distinctive textures and grooves that define his approach to techno. With the launch of SCOPÁVIK as a record label, he further developed and solidified his musical vision. His solo EPs on SCOPÁVIK have featured remixes by acclaimed techno artists such as Anthony Linell, Svreca, Acronym, and Psyk.

In his DJ sets, Scøpe intricately weaves and layers the rhythmic structures of each track, building them up organically. This evolving groove draws the audience into a state of subconscious movement, creating a powerful intersection of reason and instinct. The result is a form of joy that only techno can deliver.
